The restaurant there was great - the best food I had in Casa de campo. Service average but it’s par for the course here. Having said that - the food and setting are great - a true upscale chiringuito or beach bar- a must try...More

Minitas Beach is a part of the Casa de Campo Resort. A private beach for members and guests. The beach is lovely with white sand and palm trees. Warm sea protected by a small reef. The food and drink are incredibly overpriced. A burger with...More

Not too crowded. Drinks are good, but very pricey $12-15 per drink. Amazing Views and the restaurants were around there were very good. The sunset on this beach is very nice. Visited every single day in our stay in the Casa de Campo resort town.

Playa Minitas is really beautiful. I it is very peaceful and relaxing. It is located in Casa de Campo and is never crowded, you get towel service and they have the restaurant and bar right on the beach.

The white sand, lounge chairs, and waiters selling cocktails are right out of a brochure. There’s a breakwater that keeps the swimming area calm, but the water didn’t look especially clean (murky with foam). Instead I headed for the beautiful large pool, great for swimming...More

Beautiful setting and fun vibe. The menu was diverse and even our picky kids loved it. The poolside menu was great too for lunch!

I don't know for sure, but I don't think so. It's barely walking distance within the resort and if my memory is correct, I think the port is a few miles up the shore.
