Since I was there during pandemic it was amazing how empty the beach was. Clean beach with crystal clear water. No beach chairs because there were less than ten people although it was early morning.

This beach has dark sand, and some stretches have a fair bit of seaweed on the beach and in the water. There are several private resorts along it where the beach is better maintained, but you cannot rent any beach chairs there. It's a decent beach if you are staying nearby, but I wouldn't necessarily travel/go out of my way to go here. …

Dorado beach was part of our city tour. We were there 2-3 ,hours. Many lounge chairs with umbrellas to choose from. Quiet and very relaxing the day we were there. Everyone was very polite from vendors to food servers. Beautiful scenery. Great tour in all.

Nice beach. Bars and restaurants at the beach. Bathrooms, parking close by. A lot like Florida. It's clean and not too crowded. Lounge chairs and umbrellas

Great beach. Lots of areas to swim. Sand is soft light brown. Winds from light to strong. Kite surfers can enjoy the winds Beautiful view of Mt. Isabel from the beach. Busy market at the beach between Playa Dorada and Costa Dorada complexes. Absolutely love the area.
