I would say skip this tourist attraction all together, not much to do once you get to the mountain!!!!

Mount Isabel is one of the top attractions in Puerto Plata, the landscape from the top of the Mount is amazing, there are trails where pure air can be breath and enjoy within the nature. an small Botanic garden is located behind the Christ statue....More

This is a beautiful sight. This is part of the Cable car tour. Once you get to the top of the mountains, they let you get out to shop and visit the Mount Isabel de Torres. The pictures that they have to take is amazing....More

We took this as part of the cable car ride. Seeing the Jesus monument is very humbling as it is so beautiful and breathtaking. There is a gift shop and a restaurant on site below the statue which is nice to relax. There is also...More

It's smaller the one in Brazil. However they have vendors on the inside. The view was phenomenal. Must see if you want to explore.

Nice hike up to see the view. Kids loved it..cable car ride was fun and plenty of see and do once you reach the top.

This is an excellent attraction and if you position yourself correctly can have some brilliant photos as though you are holding the statue in your hands etc good fun

Hello Pirulamom, I just called them and they told me that yes, they accept usd. The price for adults is USD$ 8 and for kids USD$ 4.

You will find both taxi's and excursions available. The cable car can also take you to the top of the mountain.....very cool!
