Real old-world feel
This park is the center of the Zona Colonial. It's a must-see when visiting Santo Domingo. We spent a Sunday morning on the benches watching the locals and their children feeding the pigeons. Most of our walking excursions took us through here.

Just a statue
As you see it in the pics, it is exactly this much a statue. I highly recommend you not to go if you have kids with you, as it requires a lot of walking.
