A distillery tour of Senior Liqueur is a journey through local history. Where you can experience the production process and enjoy the taste such as it has been produced since 1896. You can see some of the history of the liqueur in here. The first part is a museum, later you can taste different kind of liqueur. Then, they have a bar there and also a large shop with souvenirs and liqueurs.

We had a terrific tour of the distillery. Samples of each of the Curacao liqueurs were available and there is a great stop on site for purchases. In addition to the Blue Curaçao I also like the Tamarind flavour,

Take your own self led tour of the small distillery. There are many fakes out there but this is the original blue Curacao liqueur. Gift shop and samples! Tamerind was my favorite flavor.

Unfortunately, the Tamarind liqueur is not available in the USA. They do have the Curaçao Liqueur available. Check their website.

There are possibilities to take the bus to Chobolobo. A short walk from the cruise terminal, you will find the bus station. Ask there for the right bus to take you to the distillery. The gelatos are definitely sold... More
