Nice place. where you can purchase lots of sorts of Rums. In the store you can also taste the different flavours (and colours). The store is well provided and is a museum and exhibition in itself.

We walked in, and maybe it was their receiving day, but it looked like a back storeroom. Boxes piled everywhere, it was difficult to move without worrying about knocking something over. We were pretty much ignored, until my hubby showed an interest in buying some...More

We had the luck that we joined the English tour ( at 11 a.m). Is interesting tour because we get a little bit of Cuba history of how they start to make rum years ago, how they store it . Is not boring because they...More

We called in whilst shopping in downtown, and were the only people in there. The lady behind the counter offered a taste of the rums. We tried 4, and could have tried more, but felt we had had enough. We bought a couple of bottles...More

A great tour learning the history of all the different levels of rum and seeing how they are made and aged. The rum tasting at the end was thoroughly enjoyed by many. Very interesting and glad we saw this for ourselves.

We came here alone (around 9am), but was already full of people who were sampling rum. we also tried it and I must admit that all rums were very good. We also bought some rum. You can buy tobacco also.

No charge to enter. Thought we could just go in and do a walk around tour. Can't do that. If not on a tour it is just a rum store

I have no idea how far the walk is from Los Cactus to the House of Rum, we were on a bus tour. Just consider you may be inebriated when you leave, and rum bottles may become heavy! I'm sure they could give you the answer to... More

If I remember this correctly, only small bottles - 0.2 or 0.35l (if any). Bigger were only in glass bottles
