Experience a true legend; the only one in the Caribbean - the British Airways G-BOAE Concorde affectionately known as Alpha Echo. Your tour is for an approximate 45 minutes to 1 hour which includes an awe-inspiring presentation titled "Engineered for Speed" and being able to board the aircraft where they watch another presentation onboard of the in-flight experience of Concorde.

Your tour guide takes you around the facility and provides you with all of the relative facts and historic features on the Alpha Echo Concorde.

If you are at the airport you can take a brief walk across to the taxi stand area and enter through the side gate for easier access to the facility from there.

There is no audio or video recording allowed on tour but guests are allowed to take as many photographs as possible. Guests are required to lock their bags in the lockers provided and they are also required to keep the key for their specific locker until they have completed their tour. (please note that one locker should be used per person as there are numerous lockers available for use therefore there is no need for various guests to share)

Call before you go, this attraction was closed on Mondays and was having a private luncheon the second time we made an appearance. They did let us explore the plane but which we appreciated very much, but would have loved to see the whole place. It actually quite amazing to see and would recommend for anyone who is fascinated by... More

This was a fabulous visit. A truly exhilarating experience and so well presented by the lovely guide Shakeila. I couldn't believe how incredibly well kept this iconic aircraft was and looked immaculate. It is really worth the visit to anyone visiting the island which is part of its heritage! Wonderful!

We got the bus to the airport and not seeing any direction signs assumed we had to up to the main road and along to go into concorde thru the main entrance. Only when we came out were we told that you can go through the taxi compound as a short cut. More signage is needed at the airport to... More

We were astonished to find a Concord in Barbados, until we learned there was a regular connection between London and Barbados. The exhibition gave us a very impression about the way to flight with Concord, which is so much different than today's flight s in Economy class.

It was great to visit the Concorde since we heard so much about it. Nice videos and we also liked boarding the plane. Recommend it highly if you are in Barbados. Allow at least 1 1/2 hours.

Having been to Barbados before, my husband & I wanted to do something other than another beach day or island tour. We booked the Concorde Experience through our cruise ship rather than trying to find our own way there and it was a worthwhile trip. Our guide was a lovely young woman, very knowledgeable and had answers to any questions... More

This is a superb museum. Good value ticket. Very helpful staff. There is a small cafe and souvenir shop. Sitting on Concorde was unforgettable.

This is a great pre flight place to go when your heading back off holiday from Grantley Adams. So the stuff everyone wants to know 1) You can leave your bags at the experience while you look round, just ask. 2) You can walk to Grantley Adams departures ( across a car park yes, but it's a doddle, 3 minutes).... Visited in March, so glad we did. Was an amazing experience, our guide was very knowledgable, and at no time did we feel rushed, we could have stayed for as long as we wanted. Great value, only downside when we arrived they didn't accept Amex, luckily our taxi driver organised by Sandals lent us some cash. Was great to see... More
