A tour guide referred to Malmok as "Three Steps" due to the steps carved into the rock leading to a very small sandy cove below. Take a moment to look for them, it's the easiest way to access the water. Mostly this spot was nice for swimming up the shore and snorkeling on the rocks. I saw several types of... More

This beach is good snorkeling but Arashi Beach is the best. This is a good place for families or beginners.

We were on Arashi beach just north of Malmok. Did some swiming and snorkeling, but saw all the snorkeling tour boats on Malmok Beach. This was touted as one of the best snorkeling sites on the island. We walked to the rocky area between the two beaches before going into the water and snorkeling over to Malmok. We were among... We had a rental car so were able to enter from the shore. We saw blowfish, anemone's, urchin's and a bunch of various colorful fish that I couldn't identify. This would not be a good beach for families with little kids.

We walked up here from our hotel for some snorkeling. It was about 30 minutes of walking to get there, but there was a nice ocean view the whole time. The snorkeling was good. Lots of fish for very little effort. I'm sure there is better snorkleing elsewhere, but for the level of effort put in, I was very happy... More

The water here is clear usually and calm but it is not easily accessible from the coral outcroppings. It is a great place to sit, grab some sun and look out over the sea.

We snorkeled here and were grateful it was from a boat. Very rocky, but beautiful to look at, and the snorkeling was great.

2 minutes from our motel, Aruba Beach Villas! Just beautiful! This is where all the snorkeling tours go. It's free, with little huts to get under if you get there early enough, they're free too. Rocky but has sandy beach areas to lay out at.

My 7 year old was just learning to snorkel, and this was the perfect spot. We were able to drive up, and walk right in to the water and start seeing fish. The water was fairly calm and the reef was close to shore. At one point, we had approximately 100 tropical fish swimming with us. What a great experience... More
