Galley Bay beach is pretty to look at, but the waves make it difficult to swim. Not one of the best beaches on Antigua and really not good for swimming.

A stunning beach with beautiful water. Can be rough at times but just look for a clear way into the water

Galley is far from a 4-5 star resort, more like a high class campground. Service is terrible, rooms.

Enjoyed multiple walks along this beach as well as drinks at the boardwalk Rum Shack. The view is wonderful and the beach is always clean.

The rooms are all single storey. To explain, some units have one room on the ground level and another room above it. Nevertheless, they do have single storey, single rooms - they are more expensive but very enjoyable.

there is literally nothing except vendors hiding in the bush and once they see human life they come out and try to sell you whatever they have. Hope that helps
