Where else in the world can you get the opportunity to snorkel with such majestic creatures? The time in the water was such an amazing experience- there are so many stingrays that visit, that you look in every direction and see them. The downsides - it is a very bumpy fast speed boat trip to the site (part of the... More

We really enjoyed this experience. We took a taxi from The St. James's Club which was about 25 minutes. When I booked they recommended not going on a day when the cruise ships were in so we took their advice. Our 8 year old was with us. They gave an info session before we boarded 2 boats and headed out... More

This attraction is very busy and we were a bit dubious about whether to go. However, thanks to Shasharne, we managed to get a booking at short notice. The guide Ernest was very helpful. Swimming with the stingrays is amazing, they are about 5 feet wide and often rub against you. I have to say though, that the kayaks we... More

An organized tour to this fascinating place. Had little idea what to expect! Mini bus to this site And a 20 min boat trip to off-shore reef. Couldn't believe it, jumped into crystal clear water ( only waist level and on white sand ) and all around you are these amazing creatures brushing against you and interacting with you. A... More

Booked this trip with our Thomson cruise ship at £59 per person. Depart in morning short drive to a private lagoon area, where after a safety brief we boarded a boat for a quick ride to a floating island area to get in the shallow water with the stingrays where we hold , stroke and feed them. Also you snorkel... More

My wife and I took an Island Safari tour to Stingray City. Even on a day when there were 5 cruise ships at harbor in St. John, I was impressed with the organization of the staff and the overall experience! We were divided up into groups and the staff boated us out to the reef. Once the rays hear the... More

I recently visited Stingray City and found it to be excellent on so many levels. The operation is well run, and very professional. Well worth the $50 entrance fee. The staff are all local and are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This is another great example of how preserving the environment can be economically sound and create employment and profit for... This was a fun experience in Antigua. We went to the 9am excursion. There were about 115 people (many from cruise ships) on the outing. After giving us brief instructions, we were split up into about 6 boats and it was a short ride to the stingray area. They let you feed the stingrays and also take a picture holding... More
