Opened in 1894, The Market Hall Cinema is Wales' Oldest Cinema. In 2014 it was awarded the title UK CINEMA OF THE YEAR. This 200 seat venue is open 7 days a week and offers ample FREE PARKING. The cinema offers 2 for 1 tickets every Wednesday. Ticket Prices are £4.90 for Adults. £3.50 for Children, Students and Seniors. Family Ticket is £14.00. All seats Tuesday £3.50. 2 for 1 on Adult tickets on Wednesday = £2.45 per person - which is the cheapest cinema admission in Wales. The Market Hall is the only cinema listed on the Welsh 'Bucket List' of '100 things to do in Wales Before You Die."

Massive asset to our community! Lovely member of staff and Great value for Money £14 for a family of 4 plus around £10on snacks! The seats in the cinema are amazing and so much leg room!

Theres not much you can say other then amazing. £14 for a family ticket, new films, friendly, helpful staff. Award winning and its not hard to see why. We refuse to go anywhere else as its so good here.

The market hall cinema, so I'm told is the oldest cinema in Wales, currently run by a charitable trust is a cinema to visit and enjoy, large comfortable seats and a warm welcome, I'll certainly return here.
