An absolutely brilliant place to visit. Proper working farm run by wonderful people who want to share their animals and knowledge with children. Lots of animals, plenty to get involved with, bottle feeding lambs, feeding sheep, goats, cows - too many to mention. Kiley, the farmer was brilliant with all, explaining things in an easy but informative way. My granddaughter... More

Visited here with my 2 year old daughter. We both have a great time petting and feeding the animals. The farmer leading the tour was very funny and surprisingly I learnt a lot too! There is a picnic area that you can use even if the farm isn't open which is handy as the farm opens at 2. My daughter... More

What an amazing place to visit. We went for our friends little boys birthday. So many different farm animals and the farmer was so informative on all the animals. We milked a cow, fed all the animals and held small chicks. I would highly recommend going!!

I visited the farm for an early fathers' day outing with my daughter and two small grandchildren. It opens at two and the door was opened promptly at two o'clock. I felt the price was reasonable and there was feed for the animals at 50p a bag which is fair. We were directed to attach to a group that was... More

This is a great family run farm. Very hands on for both adults and children. With the opportunity to both hold and bottle feed baby lambs, brush the ponies, feed and stroke all the animals, and even "milk" the cow. Well worth the very reasonable entrance fee. Don't miss this one.

What a find! I have already been recommending this place to everyone I know. It took us an hour and half to get here from Medway Kent and I was a bit concerned, what with having very wet weather as well as it being a farm - that my 13 and 11 year old would hate it, as they are... More

My wife and eldest son (age 6) have been to Boydells twice and we booked for my mother's 70 birthday. We were a party of 27, with ages ranging from 75 to 4. We weren't sure how this might appeal to the teenagers but everyone had a great day. Farmer Kiley and his family are very easy to talk to,... More
