We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Interesting piece of history. You need to check opening hours in advance. There is also a nice nature to walk through. Unfortunately the castle in the park is abandoned.

Check if it is open in advance. Otherwise you will see nothing. Only 20 minutes by bus, there is an abandoned palace nearby worth visiting and a nice walk in the woods by the river.
Very recommendable.

Museum is located in middle of village behind church. In autumn there is event called "Rimske hry", if you are in Bratislava around this time, it's worth to visit. Nice place, nice trip into the history. Recommended.

We decide to visit the castle in Rusovce
We took the bus from Bratislava old town
Bus station local is under bridge so take you over to the ufo tower
Rusovce is a very local village
There is a nice little church and beautiful graveyard
There is a nice restaurant but for us was the castle most important
We walked in the park so is ok
Castle is beautiful sadly not open and is fenced up but we walked all around or from park to take photographs so I felt I was on a hunt to get the best photo
It was a very interesting day just outside Bratislava
In the old days this castle most had been really wonderful
Some big lion statues outside is very attractive

Very interesting for lovers of ancient roman or simply regional history. Good for a day trip, there is a lot to do in the immediate region.

I caught the bus from the road bridge over the Danube in Bratislava to Rusovce Gerulata. Show the driver the name and he will drop you off after about 6 stops. There is an excavated Roman cavalry barracks which formed part of the Limes Danube defences and site museum behind St Mary Magdalene church. The Lady curator is charming and only to ready to help. For any history buffs it is a must.
