This place was beautiful in the winter so can only imagine how amazing it would be in the summer. I would come back and go the boat tour in the summer.

coming to malta and not visiting here is like going to rome and not visiting the pope !!!! its natural beauty and blue waters are mesmerizing , boat trips are available at a reasonable fare and run all year round (weather permitting) there is also a beautiful promenade to have a walk and sceneries out of this world

A breath taking view from two magnificent places - one accessable on the coast road called Fuq il-Hnejja, and one on the opposit of the valley 'Wied Babu' called Il-Munqar. A clear blue water and very nice scenery that can also be accessable by boat that can be hired from Wied iz-Zurrieq, some one 5 mins walk from the coast... More

If you are in Malta be sure to see the Blue Grotto, it is spectacular. The on and off bus will take you there as well as some other great sites in Malta.

Man made and artificial constructions pale significantly beside the magnificence of nature. Ipso facto, the Blue Grotto, is breathtakingly stunning. Over fifty shades of blue tantalise and mesmerise. Perhaps, sea monsters transform to meditating monks in the sanctuary of the Blue Grotto. A pleasant drive takes one to a stop over for refreshment, coffee, tea or a Maltese Cross. Filfila,... More

The Blue Grotto is well worth a visit, I have never seen such beautiful clear blue water the trip cost 8 euros each, it was relaxed and fun, we loved it, Draw backs if you catch the number 74 bus from Valletta to the Blue Grotto it will drop you on the main road at the top of the village... More

We paid 8 euros per person for the boat tour. We had a 20 minutes ride and got to see the caves and the clear blue water, the water is so clear and blue, you can see the rocks at the bottom around the caves. If you are strict on time, I would skip the Blue Grotto and visit Gozo... More

What a beautiful feeling of how great our world really is. This is a sensational trip. The bus ride there is quite busy and costs 1.5euros each way, (Local buses) and takes about an hour, and can be quite warm! But when you get there you can either walk down a steep incline to the boat trip around the elephants... More
