We were told by other park guests that this was a nice road in a different section of the park. The road was nicely paved and you did see the back of Zion National Park. There are several hiking trails leading off this road but...More

We did an exploratory drive and noted around 5 trailheads for future hikes. The scenery was extraordinary and well worth it.

We took this road and saw sites we would never have seen without doing as many others have urged us to do! It’s worth it, make the turn!

Each car must stop for a permit at the visitor's center. It's got a cute gift shop. A ranger is available for questions at the visitors center. I was told the road and view at the overlook are best seen at sundown. Permits are $30...More

We drove from Virgin to Cedar City. Over about 3 1/2 hours, we passed maybe three cars. The road to the reservoir is paved, then unpaved after, but well graded and not a problem for our Prius. No scary parts to the drive. Views are...More
