While driving through the park, we needed a place to stretch and relax. This was a beautiful perfect spot. Everyone was friendly. Great views. We did not stay the night but looked at the rooms for the possible future.

From the hotel to the restaurants to the views and to the trail accessibility, Skyland is a great area to set as a "home base" to explore Shenandoah National Park. The visitors center is a great source of information!

Skyland was good place to take a break as a halfway point in driving the Skyline Drive. The restaurant has a great view to the west. My husband found a T-shirt he liked at the gift shop. Good restrooms too.

Beautiful view from our room. Rustic and charming accommodations. Friendly staff and good food at the Skyland Tap house. I would definitely go back.
