Nice little waterfall close to 180. Requires maybe 200 yards of walking, not more. There were people going underneath the waterfall to cool off. I was content with standing on the outskirts, because there was still a thin mist of cool water vapors that penetrated...More

Small parking lot.Short walk to the falls. We were their late summer and the falls were still running well. This fall would be even more amazing earlier in the year. Great photo ops here.

Grizzly Falls is actually in Sequoia National Forest, just before you enter Kings Canyon. It's a water fall just off the road and it's very easy to get to. You can walk right up to the edge of the splash area. the water does not...More

We were on our way to Zumwalt Medows and this is a perfect place to stop. You can get up close with the waterfall and there is virtually no hike as the falls are right next to the parking lot.

Grizzly Falls is a fun stop. Parking is limited and this was probably the most crowded place in Kings Canyon proper. Worth a stop, but we stayed for about 5 minutes. The river across from the parking lot has some nice vantage points.

Watch for this site as you drive the highway or you'll pass right by it. It's close to the road and worth the time to check it out.

Grizzly Falls, like Roaring River Falls, is an easy stop, a short walk, a good photo op, and a nice break.

These falls are about 40 minutes from Kings Canyon and a must if you are in the area. Since there are not a lot of things to see make the trip worthwhile and go see these falls.

Should still be going. Worth a quick stop especially if you’re already going that direction. It’s right off the side of the road, so it doesn’t take extra time to check it out. Enjoy!
