The Grand Canyon truly lives up to its name. We have been there three or four times before, each time we see something new, something different. To give you an idea of how big it is, its average width is 15 miles across and it...More

The Abyss is a good place to see how far down the Grand Canyon extends below. The views are awesome also. Not as many different views as Moran Point or Mariposa Point.

Not sure why we got off the shuttle to see this place. Not worth if you running short of time. Can see the Colorado river from here.

Don't have far to walk once you get off the shuttle. It's a quick on and off point unless you are going to walk along the rim trail. The biggest part of the Canyon view here is the big drop off.

This attraction is justly names. Beautiful as you stare down and across this vast expanse. You can see for miles. Unless you really love heights, it is hard to walk close to the edge.

Take the Park shuttle and get off at The Abyss. Take a short walk and absorb the incredible views. Every stop has something worth experiencing.
