This was our second time to Death Valley and the first to Devil's Golf Course. What a different landscape!

Take a little dirt road which any car can negotiate and see the amazing turgid decor that the Golf Course presents. Only a five minute stop but well worth it. Another piece in the Death Valley jigsaw.

It's a mile or more down a gravel road so a slow drive. Well worth seeing the salt formations but I wouldn't advise walking too much as could easily twist an ankle.

Unique structures to look at up close and far and wide. Definitely worth a look if you are in Death Valley. Dirt road wasn't great to drive on in a saloon car but you get there!

The golf course is weird but beautiful too. The salt solidifies the dirt into very large patterns. The dirt is so hard you can walk on it and it won't break. Some of the patterns can get as high as 5'. A great quick stop.

Dirt road leading out to this attraction, and it doesn't look like you're headed out to much, but the info signs are very helpful and explain well what you're seeing. Once you see what it is, it's difficult to talk yourself into heading out into...More

Go there with a golf club and you’ll have a cheesy but hilarious photo op to share with your friends. Don’t attempt to walk too far inside as you could get quite injured if you lose balance and fall on one of the craggy rock...More

Interesting stop in death valley to see rock salt formations. These things aren't tall but they are interesting formations to seeand no hiking is required.

This one does not get a lot of press and isn't a hike. You drive down a long road and it's right there. Be very careful walking out. If you fall you could really hurt yourself. But really, this was the coolest site we saw...More

Devils Golf Course is super cool! The salt formations are amazing! Be sure to listen to the popping and cracking! Take extra precautions when walking on it, it’s very sharp!
