Nice camping sight

Stayed here while on the way to crater lake. Good clean camping site with power hook ups and water. Nice view of the lake and good to just sit and enjoy by the lakeside at dusk

My dad and I spent 3 nights in this campground. We had water and power hookups and a dump station near by. The camp sites were paved and nicely spread out. You didn't feel like you were right on top of your neighbors. Lots of green grass and shade trees. The facility's were clean an well maintained. There were bike/walking... More

Stayed here on a recent camping trip to the region. Good campground, not great. On a map, it looks like you are on the lake, but no there is a cliff between the camp and the lake. You have to access the lake 3/4 miles down the road at the boat launch. Also, the wood the campground is HORRIBLE and... More

Stayed here 4 nights. No light pollution so the stars are as bright and clear as anywhere you will ever see. RV sites are huge. The park is extremely well maintained. The day use area and boat launch is 1 1/2 miles away. The is a paved walking/bike path from the campground to the day use picnic/boating/swimming area. Crater Lake... More

This state park is very popular with the boat owning mobile home crowd but then they don't use the disgustingly dirty restrooms or cook outside with the yellow-jackets and blowing dirt. Part of the problem is that the staff does not enforce the person or vehicle occupancy rules; by comparison the staff at Fort Stevens is great at this and... More

Since campgrounds close to Crater Lake NP were already fully booked months in advance, we reserved a site at this campground. We picked our site based on recommendations on campsitephotos.com. (Site 15) We had a wonderful site with view on a field. We only had one neighbor and the sites are spacious. From the campground one can follow a trail... More

This is the closest state park to Crater Lake but it's still about 45 minutes each way to the park. We reserved over the phone sight-unseen and we were assigned to A5. When we pulled in we quickly realized we didn't want the spot. The A loop is quite exposed with little cover and our neighbors looked like they had... More
