well worth the hike. We did this in November and alot of snow and ice was on the trail. Buy crampons and you will not have a problem. Beautiful vistas around every bend.

Thor's Hammer is an unusual rock formation. This hoodoo is located not far from Sunset Point, on Navajo Trail. It's not a must visit, but if you are there then you do not want to skip it.

I can't imagine there are too many similar formations that are as accessible as Thor's hammer. The whole area is worth a visit.

This was a great view of an amazing rock formation which could be easily seen along with Thor's three sisters off to the right.
