I highly recommend! I didnt book through UCA but just went to La Reyna, community nearest to San Ramon. Follow signs "tourist information" (or similar) there and ask for Finca Montegrande. A fantastic opportunity to get close to and experience the rural Nicaragua. There's all sorts of differens things to do.
