I had read the other reviews and was prepared for a mediocre experience. I can say that I am glad that I saw it, but it was on my route. I would not go out of my way to see this.

It's a large display of famous places in Israel. I enjoyed reading the signs and learning more about the history. I also enjoyed seeing the 3D view of some of the places. I was there for about 1.5 hours.

There were a few other visitors. I would not say that this is a great place for kids. Just my opinion. It's pretty run down and not at all interactive.

A disaster of a visit. The facility is simply in state of disrepair. For the cost of NIS 189 for a family of four it is beyond daylight robbery.
The place should be shut, repaired if at all possible and then promoted with the enthusiasm it is currently advertised.
Don't waste your time let alone hard earned money. Very sad experience.

We had the park nearly to ourselves. Had to wake up the cashier to get tickets .. the side itself could do with a little upgrade. But all in all we had a nice time and got to see some of the famous sites we will not be able to see in our two week trip

A very good outting for half a day or maybe more for WHOLE FAMILY!
Good parking on site. One can not only enjoy walking around the well labeled buildings and sites of all of Israel. But, if you bring your kids,,,there are wonderful outside jumping and climbing enclosed different places for the kids. And, in a separate building on-site is a GREAT cimbinb wall, inside enclosed climbing place and another HUGE enclosed climbing swinging and little obstacle course! Also, for an additional 10 NIS there is a circus show under a 'big top'. One can also go and try ones' hands at the bow and arrow tent for free as well.
And, just about every hour an anouncer encourages folks to see a 'Ninja' show, or a 'bow and arrow' show...and, yes, there is a cafeteria and places to buy your little souvenirs and ice cream and other snacks as well. We were there for about three hours without going to the kids activities.
Bring water and a hat in the summer. Plenty of places to sit and eat if you do bring your own picnic food...Clean bathrooms.

Bad maintenance….
Looks like that during the covid-19 lock down the park wasn’t maintained and all the exhibits are not maintained… such as no movement in the airport planes … no water in the exhibit water needs to be …
The exhibit include only short voice in few placed during the visit and that’s all.
As I visit this place before and returned with my children… this time it was very very poor

The man question is whether to visit before you travel or after .Its all the major sites in Israel in miniature ( mini Israel get it ?)
I think that you should do it after , so you can compare what you see with what you saw .
It is run down . All the models suffer from neglect and weather damage.
I think its cute , not a "must see" , but cute .
If you are across the road at the Armoured Corp Tank Museum , you can pop over .

I have no choice but to give mini-Israel 2 reviews. This was my 3rd time here in 13 years (2006, 2016, 2019) and the place has simply deteriorated. As is common at these kind of places in Israel, once something is broken, it never gets repaired.
None of the attractions had any water
Most of the attractions that had moving parts/sound effects were not working
There is virtually no shade

Fortunately I went this time free with NBN because the place is overpriced to begin with--considering the condition of the exhibits, it would be WAY overpriced.

It was a great place when I came back in 2006 when I first got married. I thought the kids would like it so I took them back in 2016 and remembered telling my wife that the place needed an upgrade. Coming back in 2019 takes the place off the map for me.

To sum it up--There was not a single new exhibit or upgrade to any exhibit from 2006 to 2019 with MANY of the better exhibits broken/not working.

Better to go see the real Israel..............

Mini Israel is a wonderful attraction for all the family. It contains large number of famous model sites, places and buildings from all around the land of Israel (with small explany for each of them). Everyone will find something familiar. Located near the armor museum.

The miniature park, which was opened in November 2002, contains miniature copies of hundreds of buildings and monuments of the country. The exposition consists of 350 miniature layouts, most of which are made on a 1:25 scale.
The park contains religious, historical, archaeological, cultural and ethnic attractions and inscriptions are in Hebrew, Arabic and English. The park also includes a souvenir shop, several restaurants, recreation areas and a lecture hall in which films about Israel are shown. There is also an audio guide available in this park.

We were there mid August. It is HOT and no shade, but it’s hot everywhere in Israel.

However, there are evening hours in the summer there as well which I’m sure is more comfortable. we arrived around 2pm. And after we got in we were told NONE of the refreshment stands were open until 5 when the evening hours begin!!!! The ticket desk told us yes they were open. But the snack bar and restaurants were closed and the few employees inside all said nothing was open. There wasn’t even a machine to buy cold drinks. It was brutal. Had we known ahead that nothing would be open inside (and the waters we brought were finished quickly due to the heat) we wouldn’t have gone.

Despite the problems - our children ages 4, 8 and 12 all loved it. We went towards the end of a visit to Israel, so it was neat to see miniature versions of places we had just seen.
