Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We visited at night and the process was incredibly smooth. Entrance to the viewing deck starts on level 3. Go down an escalator to the ticket booth.

Entry fee is 10,000 yen with reduced prices for kids and +65.

After a short wait, one of the two Elevators whisks you to the top in under 2 minutes.

There are 4-5 viewing sections with plenty of room for everyone.

Snacks, ice cream and beverages/ alcohol are available at the snack counter. A small gift store at the end.

Another short wait for the ride down.

Huge shopping mall at the base of the building.

Fun time great for date night or a family night.

Unlike many observation decks, this is cheap, quick to visit, and offers a spectacular view of Yokohama and the Tokyo skyline in the distance. The only frustration is there is an annoying amount of glare from the slights they have on, but overall I'd say it's well worth doing.

Beautiful views. Just wish we had been able to see Mt Fuji! Well worth the time. Plenty of sites to see, different sitting areas, snacks and drinks.

I really enjoyed this 360 degree view of the city!
Town is beautiful and you have seats and even a coffee shop downstairs.
There’s a shopping center in the same building, restaurants, coffee shops, health center, clothing as well.

The 69th floor Yokohama Landmark Tower Sky Garden is a must for anyone visiting Yokohama. The 360 degree views of the city and surrounds is fantastic. Even though we couldn't see Mt Fuji due to distant smog/mist the views were incredible.
There is a café where you can get a drink and snacks; as well as a gift shop to purchase momentoes.

The lift is so fast, only 40 seconds to reach the 69th floor.
Be early as it does get a little crowded after 11am, and you could wait a while for the lift.

Minato Mirai 21 neighborhood is one of the most luxurious and expensive areas of Yokohama and by the sea and is mainly famous for its restaurants, cafes and night clubs. Most of the customers come to this area from Tokyo for fun. The Cosmo Clock 21 carousel, which is 100 meters high, is one of the tallest carousels in the world.

It is worth to be here during sunset on a winter sunny day to have a 360*open view of all the bay. Then you will have all the blinking lights of the night.
