This is one store I returned to time and again. It’s logical layout, friendly yet not too pushy staff, fine displays and great food halls made this my favourite... and yes, Tokyo has more department stores than any city including London, New York and Paris.

Items selling in this place has huge variety of choice. The shoes department has thousand pairs of shoes and styles for you to choose. They are pricey but good selection. The food court downstairs has a lot of nice pastry booth selling beautiful decorated cakes...More

It has a very wide collection of various things which are set at different floors. Though we didn't do do much of shopping there but elaborating the stuff is itself nice. Cosmetics section is very good there

The Basement Food Hall is amazing and the staff are welcoming. If the weather is good, buy a tasty selection of savoury and sweet items and have a picnic in beautiful Shinjuku Park located nearby.

The store is open from 10:30AM–8:00PM every day. If you go to the food hall after 7:00PM you will find the selections getting limited/sold-out. At 7:30PM many of the vendors will put their remaining items on sale and you can... More
