Fontanafredda is of great interest for those interested in the history of wine in Piemonte. It also boasts a restaurant, park, and a visitors centre/shop. Owned by Eataly founder Oscar Farinetti, who bought it from the ancient Bank of Siena.

The estate Fontana Freddy is a nice place to discover Barolo wine. In addition to the winery tour, take a hike in the little forrest on the estate. Good guiding and nice wines to taste. I'll be back!
