Peregian Beach is the hidden treasure of the Sunshine Coast. The beach is natural with not too many people and the restaurants are great.

Golden sands stretching as far as the eye can see in both directions. Great for walking as the tide goes out quite far. Great for sunbathing as beach is so big plenty of room for everyone. Although during the week there were times we were the only people on the beach!

This beach never seems to be busy. I didn't swim in fear of blue bottle jelly fish. But it is a wonderful place to walk and just take in the scenery

life guards available in sections. However many jellyfish so be careful. There is also a fairly strong undertow.

Peregian Beach may not be the best swimming beach to visit, but it is beautiful and uncrowded. Excellent for an early morning stroll.

After a very long flight and then trip from Brisbane Airport, we could not have expected the beauty and vastness of the beach. A few shops and restaurants. Everyone friendly and helpful!

Being a local this is our beach. Very popular as you can catch a wave when the surf is up. Life Guards in various locations along the beach, SWIM BETWEEN THE RED & YELLOW FLAGS!! Can be Dangerous Rips along the Beach at times. Great for a walk with the dog along the designated Dog Beach Area.

We only dropped by this wonderful beach on the way home and loved it instantly! It's not as crowded as the main beach in Noosa, or other nearby beaches, so it is really great if you prefer quieter beaches. Like other beaches around Noosa, the view is also very beautiful and calming. We will be back!!!

Its difficult to tell one beach from another on the Sunny Coast - they are all at least tremendous - if not better !! So, it comes down to what is associated with each beach. At Peregian it is the laid back little [but growing rapidly] village, with an excellent surf club, no high rise buildings, just off the main... More

Beautiful beach for people looking for a quiet beach but it is exposed in an easterly wind which can make it rough for swimming
