Walk through enclosure with amazing birds. Parrots circling in the canopy. Blood red scarlet ibis dotting the trees and cheeky flamingos displaying for your cameras. Loads of other awesome little colourful and exotic birds up close too

Wasn’t sure about a captive sanctuary having just come off safari but this place is fantAstrid. Lots of indigenous and exotic birds, well looked after with plenty of freedom.

We love birds and it was great to see such a variety in one big avery having a whole lot of fun. The mackaws and The flamingoes were just great.

Not only are the birds amazing, but the guides are expressive and wonderful to interact with. Along with going to the Monkeyland Sanctuary, I think this is a must see for people of all ages!

As soon as I entered I was impressed by the dimensions of the park and my worries to find birds limited in their way to fly were gone. Many different species are living together under one roof/net, also saw some dik-diks. I loved this place...More

You can go through again on the same day using the same ticket. We went early in the morning and stayed for about 2 hours, went hiking at Robberg Peninsula and then returned and spent another couple of hours until closing... More
