Albert, our guide was passionate and knowledgeable on all kinds of snakes. The tour was an hour and well worth it (even though it was raining - umbrellas were provided). Our 2 kids (aged 13 & 11) were extremely impressed and loved every minute of...More

I didn't care too much about snakes before coming here, but after our guide wilmore showed and taught us so much about them, I definitely have more of an interest and WAY more knowledgeable about them! There are also horses, cats, rabbits, crocodiles and a...More

Really great experience! Staff were all very friendly and our guide was just over flowing with knowledge and very keen to answer questions. Also very enthusiastic about us handling the snakes! Would definitely come back when our little one is a bit older!

Our guide, Albert was awesome. Knowledgeable, relevant, well spoken and fun. He kept all of us engaged for the full hour and on our toes. Excellent stuff. Will definitely be back!

Best and most informative guided tour! Our 4-year old son loves snakes and is still telling us everything he learnt that day. We will definitely be back for another visit Jan 2018!

My 8 years old is already quiet informed about most snakes and reptiles despite to that the guide was very knowledgable and he was able to teach more information that my son didn't know about the snakes.

Our guide Ken was very informative and the whole experience was very educational and interesting. We also had the chance to hold some of the snakes, which was awesome! A must see!
