It's a very interesting place to visit for those who are visiting Taiwan and also for local Taiwanese people. They have a lot of old style shops, foods, and performances at the site. We spent about a half day here. It's a family friendly place.

Great place to bring children and those who are interested in having some hands on. The activities in the Times Village caters to both adults and children. There are activities such as DIY Dragon beard candy, clay modeling and for those who are less hands-on,...More

It is a place with tremendously nostalgic setting, I enjoy the visit very much and the street food stalls are fantastic The entrance fee is very annoying though You pay 350 NTD fee and get 200 NTD food credit is not good

This touristy display does provide some info to expat tourists about some Taiwanese cultural things such as food and schools. It is more geared towards school kids, I think, but even adults can have fun posing as "criminals".

Definitely get a translated tour through this attraction, as it makes everything much more interesting. The tour guide was very friendly, as were the actors. It's a tourist trap, but I had fun with that knowledge while learning a thing or two.

The place was a little hard to get to even by car. I was hoping for more of Taiwan history in this attraction. What it has was just a whole bunches of small shops selling stuff. There was also an entrance fee. It's kind like...More

Fun and nostalgic. It's like a time travel back to the 50s. Kids and adults will love the many DIY activities like making Dragon Beard Sweets, Glass making, etc. Ride on trishaw, eat by the road side and many more. Something like a Kidzania set...More

we arrived before the place opened in the morning and so witnessed the opening ceremony. It was a cheerful welcome. Part of the entrance fee can be used to redeem for purchases and DIT activities. Children enter for free before 10.30am on a weekday when...More

It showed the good old times of Taiwan. The young staff are playing the role of people from all walk of life in the old days. Lots of fun, nice food. Must try the human cart tour around the site.
