I'm sorry to hear of your fall. I've taken note and will be getting some fine gravel down in a few places where I can imagine the rain has made it slippery. Maybe that will inspire the sun to come back!

We visited over the bank holiday and thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. Interesting follies especially the one made of bottles. Lovely cafe with home massacres and friendly service. Highly recommended.

A great place to visit if you're in the area, Westonbury is a water garden with follies. Features include the tower with waterspout, bottle 'igloo' and especially the water-driven cuckoo clock (try understanding the description of how it works!). Fascinating!
