The frescoes date back about 600 years but they are very dark and difficult to see properly. Obviously, light is supressed in order to preserve them. They are situated in a delightful courtyard and when visiting the cultural village should be seen

As usual the signs inside are not good for history but are excellent for a laugh - worst direct translation I have seen. The place isn't authentic-old it's more of a neglected chinese plastic museum. Wouldn't pay the 30 yuan again. The frescos aren't impressive...More

This tour is usually combined with the visit to the Baisha Old Village. The frescoes have not lost their original colors considering that they are in the open in the hall.
