It is actually just a road that you drive up there is no opening time as such

You could ask at your hotel reception about going to Monkey Hill only and ask if they know anyone in a tuk tuk r taxi. The tuk tuk would be a lot cheaper and good in the warm weather. They would be able to get you a deal... More
