What a shame such a perfect beautiful beach is so filthy with rubbish. Unable to swim in the ocean for plastic, ropes, timber, items of clothing and more plastic and more plastic ....just sad and revolting to witness.
Kata Beach is absolutely beautiful to the eye, but if swimming is your thing, it can get a little boring. There are hardly any waves and it feels more like a lake at times.
