Trout Farm is good to see as this place is in a little walk from hotel room. A good scenery makes you feel perfect when you are in a silent place.

For those who have reviewed this place saying there is nothing much, I am really not sure what more they were looking for (dinner and a show ;)?) The farm is situated in the most beautiful location and just walking down to it is a delight! The trout farm is just like and other that you would find. We bought... More

Should visit. The walk through the chinnars is marvelous and refreshing. Also called as mini kashmir. Although farm was nothing much to talk about, but the scenery of the entire region is breathtaking

A beautiful long walk through forests and across rivers takes you to the trout farm which was breeding Norwegian Trout. Still a small set-up, but clean and well run. It was interesting and since you could buy the fish, an unexpected eating pleasure in the evening.

Please don't waste your time visiting this place. It's pathetic and there is no one around the farm to talk to. The only good thing is the views of Sangla town and surrounding mountain peaks one gets while trekking to the farm.

I went in the month of july so it was not advisable to do fishing in this season as this is their breeding season. Though we peeped inside the chambers where trouts were kept. Fishing is allowed but you have to carry your own fishing rod and have to get a licence or ticket worth of Rs.100 from the farm.... More

We visited the Trout farm at Sangla in July; however since the season was nearly ending for that area we could not see to our hearts content; not to mention the drizzle which cut our visit short. Nevertheless the experience and knowledge was quite enriching

The walk from hotel room to Trot farm is very good. It goes through small village roads, apple farms and deodar forest and baspa river. Farm itself has not much to offer than watching trouts in big tubs. Its about 3-4 kms from main sangla market.
