Well maintained, very crowded

We had a nice hike and our children enjoyed splashing in the water. The trail was extremely crowded. Bathrooms and trails were clean, parking is easy.

Went twice in a couple of days before and after a winter freeze and it was spectacular!! It was practically empty of people so parking was free and plentiful. Went for a walk to the second falls and would absolutely go back again.

Very nice walk, with regular water falls. The path is very touristic, but the advantage in Fall is that there is not too much poeple on the way. The drawback however is the limited flow of water, and therefore small falls. I guess it is probably much more impressive in Spring with lots of water.

We visited at the end of a rainy day at the start of our holiday. It really lifted our spirits. The waterfall is beautiful and a short walk from the bottom you can be sitting right up close. You are able to walk up the side of the waterfall on a wide path and enjoy the views from the top.... More

We visited as a family of 4 back at the end of July 2016 and had some great sunny weather which made for a challenging walk. When I say challenging I am referring to the heat of the day and a 'not as fit as I used ot be' Dad such as myself. Staying in Doucier nearby, seeing the varoius... More

I last visiTed here some 10 years ago and had enjoyed our family moment here. Decided to visit again 2 weeks ago and it has changed!! It no longer has the natural feel it used to have. There is payable parking, an outdoor "restaurant" and it just did not appeal to me. I loved it they way it used to... More

The waterfall could be great but during our visit there was very little water so it was quite a boring view. Not worth the drive. The surrounding forest and river are great but very busy (with French picnic families ruining the views) so you might as well choose another forest that is quieter.

Our car's navigation took us to an unexpected car park part way up the falls. It turned out to be a bonus as we were pleasantly surprised at finding a cafe and the walk through the trees down and back up the falls. The walk up is fairly steep in places and as it had recently rained it was slippery... More

We visited on a sunny day after a lot of rain, and the waterfalls were clear and spectacular. We had two cars and therefore only had to walk downhill, which worked well with a toddler in a good back carrier. We have our own, but I think you could hire these at the bottom. The main path beside the falls... More

We had a great day out and a tiring but awesome walk. The waterfalls were really impressive and the scenery is just as beautiful. Take a picnic and sit along the river and enjoy the view. The restaurant at the entrance was much appreciated for a cold beer after the walk. Tip: There is no point in taking a pram, we... More
