try to wake up as early as possible like 4 am maybe and it is just 2 hr hike from Gorakshep. You can have amazing view of everest ,nuptse, pumori and many more. The experience is so surreal and looks like everything looks like a portrait . Must visit this place :)

After trekking for 8 days, this climb is tiring and tough at over 5000m, but the early morning views are worth it (even if you only go half way up you can glimpse the mountain ranges with Everest). Make sure you dress warmly if you hike up in the morning, as the winds are fierce and it is COLD at... More

At that altitude climbing was really tough, but view worth it. My first advice is don't be late to start climbing. Because sometimes you can miss the view within minutes. Clouds suddenly can come. We left 4 am , reached peak 6 am and 6:20 clouds covered Everest. And if there is no view, wait a little because it is... More

Excellent acclimatisation hike prior to base camp and probably far better views and experience because you reach a small mountain summit with a real sense of achievement.

Kala Pattar is higher and has a much better view than Everest Base Camp. All those photos you see of the Everest pyramid are (usually) taken from Kala Pattar. It's not an easy climb (due to the altitude and fairly steep trail) but worth every step. Be aware - it can be cold and windy up there. I took my... More

This lays at 18300 ft, very steep and difficult to trek. But totally worth it. From top of it you see the panoramic view of the mountains. All the peaks up close, staring right at you. The best time to visit this is during Sunset where you see the pink sky and gold sheen on the snow capped mountains. Possibly... More
