It is a nice place to go for a hiking adventure, if you are looking for a outdoor adrenaline this is a nice place. You dont need to be at your best physical condition but you need to have guts!

Had a blast! Be prepared to walk/rappel/jump some 12 miles over 8 hours. I recommend GaiaXtreme tours, but there are many outfitters. Bring a camelback style water bladder and protein bars. Also pack a change of clothes, towel and a plastic bag for wet stuff....More

An amazing experience you can't miss. Tips: Warm clothes to the morning trip. It can be chilly at 5am. Look for small company to do the trip if you don't want to wait a lot of time in each waterfall.

You'll probably need a guide just to find the place and to save time on which pools are jumpable and where the rap stations are found.

State and park law require you to do the trip with a certified guide. There are some logistics like transportation and lodging provided by many tour operators
