We went around the whole lake, the view is beautiful. The boats are too big to take couples or small groups.

Food would be the main reason to visit if you enter from the carretera 85 side. You can't get in water and probably don't want to shore is dirty as well. We arrived on a Friday around 6. Plenty of parking and was not busy...More

Don't expect fancy cocktails in Presa La Boca? Instead you will find people outside their cars drinking a beer, enjoying the lake view, kids running around or riding a horse. You can rent a boat or catamaran and have a party there!

Here you be able to find nice places ("playas") arround the lake where you can do picnics and also some water leisure activities. We went to mountain side of the lake to avoid overcrowded and dirty places as some reviews state.
