St Hubert wineyard was a brief stop for us on the way to Healsville sanctuary. Upon arriving there we were welcomed by the staffs and thet quickly introduced their available wines. We sampled a few and grabbed 3 nice bottles. The wife opted for the sweet wine and I a nice light, fruity pinot. The prices are reasonable and wine... More

This winery is the true experience of Yarra Valley hospitality. They have 25 acres of vines and harvest a great Cab Merlot blend. We were impressed by the quality of their blend. It is one of the oldest wineries in the region. Dates from the 1850's. Beautiful tasting room. Great views!

First stop on day out in the Yarra Valley & we weren't disappointed. Our host had a small busload of Asian tourists up from Melbourne for the day but still made us feel we had his full attention. Not sure how he managed that but we weren't rushed in our wine tasting experience nor pressured to buy anything (we did... More

Very laid-back atmosphere with some tasty wines. Very tranquil and wouldn't hesitate to return for some wines.

3rd stop on a winery tour, expected wine tastings with oppurtunity to learn about the wines and about the winery. The cellar door requested tge grouo buy a few bottles and serve ourselves, we were happy to agree and supplied a number of wine glass trays, however we were left to ourselves, both good and bad, would have preferred to... We only had time for one winery and our 4 Guests had disparate tastes in wines and St Hubert's fitted both geographically and product -wise. We tasted 10 diff wines and made 2 different purchases. Sadly we were followed in by a bus load of about 12 on a tour and the place became somewhat hectic but we still felt... More

St Hubert's is one of the oldest wineries in the Yarra Valley. The Yarra Valley is about an hour or so by car from Melbourne. The Yarra Valley is a cool climate region. St Huhbert's is well known for its reds but it has some very refined whites as well. Tastings are on offer at the cellar door, you are... More

I travelled there on Sunday 22nd May 2016, with Gourmet Pawprints. Our host provided wine tasting, with wonderful images of the food companions - even describing the dish, which had the taste buds going! The wines were beautiful also.

The wine was great and our host was very informative and welcomed our group. It did get busy at the end of our visit.

Visited St Hubert's for the first time (after many trips to the Yarra Valley's wineries) and was very impressed: a knowledgeable host, some great (and less common) grape varieties and a nice setting. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.
