I find it a little poor to pay 1500 rupees each (£7.50/$9.45) to enter what is in effect a park. I understand there is a lot of work going on in the background, and you see this in some of the specialist areas, but it...More

If you are interested in tropical plants and bonny gardens then this is the place for you. It is very relaxed and I was particularly taken with the Orchid section and was amazed at the many different varieties to be found.

We visited it twice. Better visit it on weekdays because there are less local people. You can spend there all day have picnic and enjoy beautiful trees, plants and flowers.

You could spend a day here if you like plants and flowers. Otherwise a half day is nice to get a good look around. The Golf cart is good to hire for an hour as you get to see the whole area.

Yes. There is a charge and for us the time limit was one hour. We had the large cart...I think 7-8 people could fit in nicely. Heard there are smaller carts too.
