Popped along on a cold spring day. Sandy beach with tide out at time of Visit. Appeared clean and found free parking along the front. Would definitely come back.

We love cycling to Minnis bay. Nice flat cycle way. The beach is great, it has a sailing club and you can often see wind surfers and ships out in the distance.

Nice long picturesque bay, plenty of car parking - when the tide is out a lovely sandy beach - i am sure you could walk to Margate if you wanted

Views are amazing but teenagers screaming table numbers at the top of their lungs not the greatest sitting outside. Food ok but slightly overpriced.

Excellent location for views and dogwalking. Easy flat walking path along the sea front. Various cafés around. Public toilets too.

Since the refurb we’ve visited a few times. Love the new decor, although the great extensive panoramic views beforehand have been minimised considerably! The food is decidedly average and hasn’t really improved since the new kick off: ie, paella with 1 fresh king prawn &...More

Love taking our grandchildren to minnis bay during the summer months. The beach is lovely & there are plenty of options for food & drink if not taking your own. There is an ice cream kiosk as well. Unlike some beaches there are no amusements...More

We went here a couple of sundays ago, I ordered the prawn bisque for starter, it was very watery and bland, I asked the waitress to send it back and she said she would tell the chef. She never came back to explain what happened...More

Yes you certainly can. It. Hold be on the grass buff above the beach or on the beach or on the concrete promenade, though you may have to dodge open beach huts and set up outside a closed one.
