This is a great walk with spectacular views when at the top. A strenuous walk to the top, a circuit of the top and down again - you’ll feel like you’ve had your daily exercise and it will have only taken about 1.5 hours or...More

Famous small flat topped triangular shaped hill with great views. Road goes to the top but with no parking anywhere nearby only the fit walker can see them which is a pity.

I think this hill is on the Bath City Skyline Walk route. Worth a look even if you're not taking the whole walk. Go over the bridge in town, up the hill, take a turning off to your right signposted Bath Skyline Walk. If you're...More

Need to get out of the city. This is one of several places to do it. The views are great, especially around sunset and the walk is refreshing.

Made famous by Peter Gabriel, this is definitely a must see attraction. Lovely little walk, not too difficult and great for families or dogs (look out for cattle at certain times of year). Different routes available to get here. The views are great and the...More

It can be a little tricky to drive and park to this place but it is a great stroll around. There are public footpaths that join up to this hill though. get out the OS Map.

We regularly visit this place. It is hard to get to unless you don't mind a bit of an uphill walk or have access to a car. The views and the peaceful nature of the place are worth it though. Do wear walking shoes or...More

A fairly steep climb up partly through field and tarmacked road (parking is very limited at the top) is rewarded ten-fold by the magnificent views across Bath in one direction, Bathampton Meadows and Bathford in another. Windswept at the top but the flat summit is...More
