We stopped here for lunch on recommendation and we were not disappointed. Charming old Inn, excellent food and friendly staff and locals too and a cosy fire to sit beside. Quiet on a February lunchtime but I can imagine how busy they become in the high season........... and with the King Harry Ferry a stones throw away a lovely countryside... More

My partner, two nieces and me visited Roseland Inn this evening having had many good meals there in the past. We were made to wait over 1.5 hours for our food. We had ordered garlic bread to share, before our mains, but had to ask twice as to the whereabouts of our order with assurances it was two minutes away... More

On our travels, having family living near by and seeking a place to enjoy and hopefully return we visited the Roseland? There was a serious staffing problem the day we ate there, a Sunday mid September 2016. I don't blame the one lad on duty. Training comes from the top and so does under-staffing! I lay the blame right at... More

Stopped off here after visiting St. Mawes. It had a very lovely, warming atmosphere and wasn't too busy. We got a table straight away, ordered the food and waited for it to arrive. We were waiting quite some time for the starters to come, but when it came, the food was delicious and enjoyed by us all. The mains were... More

Very poor food, overpriced. Sunny evening in August, peak tourist season, and half empty tells a story. This was a favorite of ours, but will not go back at the moment. Very expensive for poor cooking. Scallops cooked in cheap vegetable, no garlic or flavour, main course equally disappointing, same oil used for the sauté potatoes.

This is a lovely pub and the food was first class only let down by the slow service. Over an hour wait for 4 meals is too much sadly

Great place to meet friends, relaxed and friendly with good food. However, it's not in Feock, it's on the other side of the river in Philleigh.

We have been visiting the Roseland Inn for 30 years when on holiday in Cornwall and still love it as much as the first time. We have never had a bad meal here and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The pub has retained it's olde worlde charm and is set in the lanes in a very tranquil spot... More

Slightly disappointed with the food. It was only average but quite expensive for what it was. We went to the Rising Sun in Truro a few days later, it was only slightly more expensive but food and presentation was in different league.

Having first visited this lovely pub back in 1970 and enjoyed one of the nicest cornish pasties I had ever eaten to that point.... I know it's 46 years since.. but they do not now offer cornish pasties at all ... I really found this very odd... I mean lovely cornish pub lovely cornish countryside and no pasties.. mmm nevertheless... More
