We had the most fabulous morning in Modric Cave with our two children. Marijan the guide and his assistant Dolores, were professional and entertaining too. The cave is completely untouched by man and it is incredible to be able to experience it in its natural beauty. Huge stalactites and stalagmites as well as jewelled walls. There are a few tricky... Me and my friends decided to see this cave and it was a beautiful adventure. Modric cave was very interesting and I'm glad we went there. It's worth visiting. The tour was very good and well organized. What I liked the most was those few tight spots and the moment of absolute darkness. The guide was outstanding, well informed and... More

There are many caves you can visit around the world, whether luray in Virginia or grotti di castellana, Zeus' cave on Peloponnese., but you have not really experienced real spelunking if you are walking on a lighted pathway. Here you have wonderful guides, legitimate equipment and some small possibility of getting injured, but the memories will outlast the bruises or... More

This is a must do. Really enjoyed ourselves. He's funny and explains things very clearly. Does require a little flexibility but it's not scary at all. The entrance is the biggest mental hurdle. Would definitely recommend this. If you are coming off a cruise ship, book directly with him and save yourself some cash. Put it into his pocket rather... More

We went as a family with out 4 kids ages 15,13,7 and 7. We all enjoyed the experience. It's truly one of a kind. Marijan and Marijana were great guides. They spoke all languages to accommodate the entire group. The groups were perfect size. The caves were amazing to see. Must visit while in Croatia!

Marjan, a very experienced and knowledgeable caver has been doing this for over 19 years and he knows everything. He made the tour great with his humour. The caves themselves were just fascinating. We are really glad we did this , it was an educational and fun experience and we all learned a good amount

This is was an amazing day. We got to change overalls which looked incredible. We were given carbide tanks and a helmet containing mechanism for a flame. This provided us with a natural light rather than artificial LED. The guide, Marijan is a real caveman and he explained things with passion and humour. We had many good moments bursting in... More

If you ever plan a trip to Zadar area, then you definitely must contact Marijan,a speleologist and a mountain guide (runs his own outdoor agency - Zara adventure) to plan a perfect program full of great activities! The highlight of our tour was Modrič cave, a beautiful underground jewel just 20min from Zadar, and yet so far from everything you... More
