It’s easy to miss this unique and wonderful achievement. Benitos, the modest, unassuming fisherman who is the garden’s creator is a true artist. We stumbled on him, busy in his workshop. He extended a gracious welcome apologising that we were unable to see his collection...More

I've been around the world and no where have I seen such varied talent from one man. Our local tour guide Phillada Lecomte introduced us to Benetos. This self-taught artist's attention to detail is unparalleled.

Modells of ships, buildings and many other objects made by a Fischerman of Paros during a lifetime. Very impressing and worth seeing for all generations.

We loved our visit to this little place. From being greeted by Katarina, the artist's daughter, to viewing the incredible array of boats and buildings built by the artist, it was all charming.

Whatever you do don’t miss this exhibit. The name does not do the exhibit justice in terms of the craftsmanship and attention to detail this man has put into his work. The ships are truly amazing in detail and the buildings are just magnificent.
