The Jameos del Agua was the Centre of Art, Culture and Tourism to be created by César Manrique and reflects one of the cornerstones of his creative work: harmony between nature and artistic creation. The Jameos del Agua are located inside the volcanic tunnel created by the eruption of La Corona Volcano, one of the longest in the world, at 6 kilometres in length.

Jameos del Agua is another instance where Cesar Manrique has left a sizeable impact. You start off by wandering through a cavern where there are albino crabs, before you make the climb out into the daylight and around a magnificent pool and auditorium. It is worth a visit to see how well constructed this place is, to see the albino... More

The views here were absolutely stunning and more than worth the entrance fee. DO NOT miss the chance to visit if you are nearby.I lost count of the number of photos I took.

An interesting experience, but not really worth 9 Euro admission. Plenty has been written about this and it is well worth a visit, even if expensive for what it is.

Really picturesque cave, underground lake and cafes. Spent a good few hours gently taking our time wandering through the landscaped complex, very peaceful and serene ambience.

What an unusual attraction! Created by the imagination of legendary Caesar Manrique this is such a relaxing spot but also fascinating. No words do the uniqueness justice so I'll post a few photos instead !

If it's not nice weather it is worthwhile taking a trip to this place. It has one of the best looking pools I've seen. Quite a lot of the attraction is in caves but these are very large spaces. There are quite a few steps between the various level so might be difficult if you have mobility issues.

This area has been developed by Manrique to attract tourists. It has been done in his unique style and is an amazing place to visit. His use of white paint, which you can see in the pool, really enhances the sigght. The tunnel was formed by lava pouring down the hillside to the sea. There is not an organised tour... More

Really enjoyed this visit Only 9 euros per adult entrance fee and spent about 2 and half hours there. Lots of different things to see and appreciate from natural geological formations to the great job Cesar manrique did turning this into his 60s playground. There's a large display about volcanic active. Plenty of places to sit and enjoy a meal... More
