Stopped by for a tasting of the famous Blanquette de Limoux. Though it was off-season, the staff let us into the free museum (apologising for the lack of heat). Interesting and informative displays. Nice map of the four local terroirs, complemented by jars of soil...More

We were disappointed that they had stopped the tour apparently due to"health and safety" reasons. Thought this only applied to GB!. Museum quite interesting but the video had obviously been produced for marketing purposes. Views of the barrels in the caves quite impressive.More

This museum is free to the public. It is interesting to see the scale of production in this area. We did some wine tasting of the different blanquettes after - which are very good - and not too expensive.
