Quaint picturesque church at northern tip of Mauritius open to the public. Viewed as part of a cruise shore excursion. Great sea view across to islands behind the church.

It is on the north coast and would be shown as Cap malheurex in your GPS, if you are driving. the whole seeing around will be over in 30 odd minutes. the church, pier behind and the jutting out rock in the sea are certain...More

When we visited this beautiful church it was quite crowded. Though it was a shortstop with a private tour guide so we enjoyed the rocky shore which was windy and beautiful for an hour.

This church was boring. There is nothing much. For me, it was total waste of time being there. Not recommended

There's not a lot here apart from photo opportunities. The church is very pretty as is the beech. There's not much else here, once you've taken your photos - so if you're planning a special trip, try to have somewhere else to move on to

I was mesmerised visiting this place. The red roof church is very beautiful, surrounded by turquoise blue water. There are no nearby restaurants. But one lady was selling creole homamade chicken and rice. It was super tasty.

Walked from the Sensimar Lagoon resort to the little red church which took around 50 minutes. Lovely walk but wear decent footwear due to there being no pavements en-route. Pretty little church, well worth the trip.
