We visited the Perugina Chocolate factory and took an English tour through the factory. We reserved the tour online but it is challenging because the site is all Italian. Between my rudimentary Italian and Google translate, I made it through the process. We enjoyed the...More

If you like factory tours, this one was great. Very professional. One must book ahead online, a few days ahead if possible. They don't have that many English tours. And you want to go when the factory is running-meaning weekdays only. Read the fine print...More

Book online, or take your chances on joining a tour, but if you’re in the region 8 can’t recommend this too highly! The tour includes a friendly guide who takes you through their chocolate museum, from the history of chocolate itself and its introduction to...More

Our group went to Perugina to tour and make chocolate. Not only was it a great experience, it was fun! We learned how to make the famous Baci. Highly recommend this tour.

The factory is very nice with its winding pathways above the factory floor. The store at the entrance is cute. Make sure you get your tickets in advance. It would be nice if the tour had some more visible signs & explanations for kids who...More

We arrived on a day the factory was closed so no chocolate production was seen, Only a tour thru the factory. It was quite boring although the tasting was good.

We took the opportunity of a rainy day to visit. We had pre booked but there seems to be no limit on numbers . Our group was very loud and the tour guide struggled to make herself heard over a number of children who were...More

A definite must - really informative tour, fascinating to see the production and the machines (although chocolate production not seen during summer...) Lots of samples. Supposed to book in advance - but we were fortunate so it is worth checking if you haven't booked... Just...More
